Organizer

This campaign is organized by Dnyanal Educon Private Limited, hereinafter referred to as “the Organizer.”

Campaign Overview

The “Empower Your Future – Distance MBA Sponsorship” is a merit-based sponsorship initiative offering financial assistance to eligible students pursuing a Distance MBA program. Selection will be based on performance in an online aptitude test administered by the Organizer, combined with the participant’s undergraduate CGPA.

Eligibility

• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must possess a valid undergraduate degree with CGPA available.
• Must intend to enrol in a Distance MBA program commencing in 2025.
• Must register and complete the Organizer’s official aptitude test.
• Only one entry per participant is allowed.

How to Participate

• Fill out the official registration form on our campaign website.
• Upload necessary academic credentials (transcripts or proof of CGPA).
• Complete the online aptitude test within the specified test window.
• Entry is free.
• Submissions must be completed by [End Date].

Selection Criteria

• 60% weightage: Score obtained in the aptitude test.
• 40% weightage: Undergraduate CGPA.
• Top-scoring participants will be selected for sponsorship.
• The decision of the Organizer is final and binding.

Sponsorship Awards

• 1 Full MBA Sponsorships: Up to ₹50,000/-
• 5 Partial Sponsorships: Up to ₹10000/-
• Payment will be made directly to the educational institution upon proof of admission.

Accreditation and Approval

• Institutional Approval: Ensure the Distance MBA program you are enrolling with is UGC-approved or accredited by a recognized accreditation body like AICTE (All India Council for Technical Education), NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council), or other relevant institutions.
• The program should be recognized by the UGC as valid, which means that the distance education program must meet their quality and standards criteria.

Winner Notification

• Selected candidates will be contacted via email and/or phone within 7 business days after evaluation.
• Candidates must provide proof of MBA program enrolment within 30 days of notification.

Non-Transferability

• Sponsorships are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

Rights and Publicity

• By entering, participants agree to allow Dnyanal Educon Private Limited to use their name, photo, and likeness in marketing/promotional materials related to this campaign.

Changes and Termination

• Dnyanal Educon Private Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign without prior notice at its sole discretion, including but not limited to unforeseen circumstances or technical issues.

Jurisdiction

• This campaign and its terms shall be governed by the laws of Pune Jurisdiction. Disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.

• Academic Records including CGPA
• Aptitude test results

• Preferred MBA Specialization

• Dnyanal Educon Private Limited shall not be held liable for any technical failures, test scoring errors, or data issues.
• Participation in the campaign does not imply admission to any MBA program.
• This campaign may include references to educational institutions or business partners; such references do not imply endorsement or affiliation unless explicitly stated.
• The Organizer reserves the right to modify or terminate the campaign at any time without prior notice, including but not limited to instances of fraud, system malfunction, or force majeure.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dnyanal Educon Private Limited and its affiliates, partners, and agents shall not be held liable for:

• Any direct or indirect losses or damages arising out of participation in the campaign
• Technical issues, website downtime, or data submission failures
• Failure of any third party, including educational institutions or payment processors, to fulfill their obligations

Jurisdiction

• All disputes arising out of or in connection with this campaign shall be governed by the laws of Pune Jurisdiction, and participants agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that location.
